My worst nightmare came true today when I had to use the toilet bus. It is like a real bus full of toilets and they drive them like a bus. A lady sits in the drivers seat collecting money. You enter in the front door and go out the back. The doors to each cubicle barely cover your body!
Indeed a nightmare - Okay I need help... are they driving while you go, or do they pull into stops every now and again and you have to time it?

No, they are pretty much stationary and at popular tourist sites around the city. But at the end of the day I'm pretty sure they drive them home. It truly was a horrible experience! They are quite clean, but just not very private!! Worst thing was when I went inside the tourist site we were visiting there were proper toilets inside!
